Hairball
Hairball is a holographic artificial life which is able to exist in a digital world and the real world. This artificial life would house the owner’s consciousness and would follow the owner around. The consciousness contains a collection of information ranging from memories, experience or plain data. Each of these pieces of information appears on the hairball as a single strand of hair. The hairball has the ability to share information with any other hairballs. Information gets shared by the hairball rubbing a hair with another hair. However, other hairball owners might want not want to share with you. This depends on the personality of the user.
Hairballs are fundamentally consciousness storage facilities but they also are an extension of our personalities. In short the hairball is the USB stick of ourselves.
